Camo and Faux Fur

I was really inspired by Salvatore Ferragamo's Fall 2013 men's wear collection. My typical aesthetic consists of different shades of black and white. However, I was really drawn to the collection's use of intense deep greens, greys, and burgundy. The chiseled lines and ingenious mixes of leather and wool along with technical fabrics is outstanding and damn right sexy. A trend all men should contend with this Fall.

For this shoot I choose to emulate Ferragamo's use of military references by pairing camo jeans with my faux fur jacket. By combining the two fabrics, I was able to bring together patterns and textures that one wouldn't normally consider could cohesively mix well. The pop of pink that my Manolo's brought to the ensemble were the perfect color to add a bit of femininity and flirtatiousness to an otherwise intense look.
